Since the Moon is the closest "Star" to Earth, it completes its orbit around the Zodiac in less than a month. It rules the tides as well as our emotions. How we feel about things and how our feelings affect others are all influenced by Moon. Whereas the Sun gives us our will and energy, it's Moon that gives us our soul. The Moon symbolizes mother, the nurturer. Through the Moon's energy, we reconcile our emotions. The Moon also helps us see what we really want, and to use memory and the past as part of this process.
This month Moon starts out in Leo and ends the month in Virgo.
The Stars are not giving us a very easy time of it this month. But there are always compensating forces to soften harsh influences. Moon aspects, makes angles with Venus, the planet associated with grace, charm, and diplomacy, every month. So let's take a look at which days these optimum influences occur.
13-14 June 2006
Kick back and enjoy some good company, but careful not to get on any power trips. Moon is at an optimum angle with Venus for most of these 2 days. Despite Pluto's hard line influence, we may find it easier to maintain harmony.
18-19 June 2006
With all the heavy influences in the Stars this month, these two day will likely be the most optimum to relate to others, especially if there are any problems that need to be cleared up or discussed. We'll tend to get less bogged down in the negative and concentrate on positive solutions. Really, mark these days on the calendar.

TopHarry Potter was born 31 July 1980, Leo Sun, Pisces Moon. By now many of us have read Book 6 and know the outcome. Can both He and Sirius be gone? But this is really only an overture for Book 7; and I still have some ideas. More to come...
